In my 20 years of being in the beauty industry, the most powerful skill I have learned is having open communication. It allows more engagement and understanding and is the success of the business. Effective communication will lead everyone to be on the same page; moving in the same direction toward the same goal. Effective communication seems simple, but it does take effort.
In 2011 I designed different consultations to help guide many of my clients in finding their Style and providing the most complex hair cases with the right solutions. I designed this page to provide the clarity in what a consultation is. What goes into it and the difference . Some individual's have come just for this service and received the information needed to take control of their own hair problems by simply understanding what solutions are possible.
